The Breakthrough Addiction Recovery Treatment Payment/Insurance Options

We are one of the few non-12 step addiction treatment facilities that accepts major medical insurance. Breakthrough is currently a preferred provider for most  major companies including Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna, MH Net, United Bhevioral Health, Coventry, Corphealth/LifeSynch and Tricare.  We will verify coverage and inform you of the benefits paid by your particular company prior to beginning treatment.  The client is financially responsible for any treatment that is not covered by their insurance plan.

For private pay clients or treatment cost not covered by insurance, we offer a variety of payment options that include flexible term finance plans, cash or check, Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. 
 
Each client is evaluated through an extensive medical and psychological intake interview. Through the information gathered during this interview, we will recommend a  drug and alcohol addiction treatment plan that fits the specific needs of the individual. The cost of drug and alcohol addiction treatment will vary due to the complexity of the individual’s needs and the wide variety of addiction treatment options available to the client.  Treatment charges will typically be in a range of $4,000.00 to $16,000.00.

Flexible Term Finance Plans - 

Breakthrough Addiction Recovery offers flexible term payment options through HealthOne and M-Lend Financial.  Both companies base your interest rate on your credit history and current financial status and neither has a pre-payment penalty.  HealthOne offers 0% interest for the first six billing cycles and has plans available for amounts from $1,000 up to $25,000.  M-Lend Financial also offers 0% introductory financing for qualified applicants and has plans available to finance amounts from $500 up to  $50,000.
